What is a Statement?

It is an account summary issued by us to the debtor/consumer, listing all transactions for example the handover amount, interest, legal costs and expenses incurred, payments received etc. The balance which reflects on this statement is the current outstanding amount according to our system, which includes the capital amount-, legal costs- and collection commission that is outstanding up to date of request of the balance by the debtor.

This However is not a settlement amount and such a settlement you will have to specifically request telephonically or via email to anthony@blackbeardinc.co.za due to the fact that the 10% collection commission and VAT will have to be included.
